Big Mamma Group is a team of Italians from all over the world, united by the same ambition: to take you on the ultimate authentic Italian trip via the country’s excellent cuisine and exceptional produce. The crazy adventure started in Paris over ten years ago, and now includes acclaimed restaurants all over Europe - such as Pink Mamma in Paris, Bel Mondo in Madrid and Barracuda in Brussels, whilst being the first restaurant group ever to be awarded B-Corp status in 2018.

The squadra is now landing in the heart of Dublin, its first restaurant in Ireland, with Gloria, an elegant and bold Italian osteria of the 1970s. Bringing the glamour and authenticity of Gloria Osteria in Milan, Gloria Dublin will feature an elegant menu of 100% homemade Italian dishes and incredible prodotti sourced directly from their 170 Italian artisans, such as creamy Puglian burrata from Salvatore Montrone and 22-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano DOP from Paolo Gennari. A vibrant and opulent space, this 180-seat osteria will come complete with a seductively designed 22-cover private dining room.

Commenting on the opening, Co-Managing Director Enrico Pireddu has shared: ‘Dublin is a city I love as it reminds us Italians of home, its strong sense of community and vibrant restaurant culture, which with the beautiful Gloria Osteria we hope to be a small part of. After throwing open the doors to Gloria in Milan in 2023, we knew we had such something special; an osteria paying tribute to the iconic Italian glamour of the '70s, where exceptional produce and a vibrant, groovy ambiance come together to create a truly memorable experience. We are now hugely excited to be bringing this charming yet elegant restaurant, with a menu of great Italian classics and creative twists,

to a second major European city.’
